I can't sleep! Arrgh!

The title says it all really! I have to be up early in the morning but I can't just get to bed. I am going through a manic spell at the moment which is not helping my insomnia. I am worried because I have been feeling like this for a week. I haven't felt like this since I started taking my medication back in September last year. I am worried, too, that my tablets are no longer having the desired effect.

I have even drunk a cup of Horlicks! Nothing doing! I'm going to sue them.

God isn't life wonderful!

Today I am having a high spell and the whole world looks chuffing amazing! I feel wonderful and so happy and ecstatic! If only every day was like this. But I know its not. Hey-ho. I'll grab today with both hands and scream for joy because its so bloody wonderful.
